Mansion Lodging
The Mansion has 14 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 30 guests. Built in 1900 for Standard Oil President Duncan McIntosh, who came from Cleveland to this oil region as the 22-year-old personal assistant to John D. Rockefeller. In 1960 it became the White Sisters of Africa convent, and they built an addition to the mansion to be their chapel. In 1863, John Wilkes Booth had an oil well on the corner of the property.
